Today’s tutorial covers the procedure to boot the Samsung Galaxy Camera GC100 into Download Mode / Recovery Mode. As Galaxy Camera is a camera device, there aren’t any combination to boot the device into recovery or download mode. Developers are yet to find out a combination for booting the device into these two modes which are really needed when it comes to development.
So, in order to boot into recovery and download mode on GC100 we would have to use ADB. Read on to find out more.
Before proceeding with this tutorial, it is important that your computer is having ADB Setup on it. Read this guide on AddictiveTips website. After setting up ADB on your computer, you can proceed. You would need to execute the following commands through CMD on your computer.
1. Download Mode : Download Mode is generally used to make flashing possible through Odin, below is the command for the same:
adb reboot download
2. Recovery Mode : Recovery Mode is used to boot into various recovery modes such as TWRP, or ClockworkMod.
adb reboot recovery
